DELIVERY * RETURNS * EXCHANGES

As many items are made to order, delivery times can vary. My aim is to send your order as efficiently and safely as possible.

Each item specifies what its estimated delivery time will be. However, please do contact me if you need a piece for a special date and I will do my very best to help! Jillegreen@btinternet.com

UK Delivery

Packages are sent using either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery through Royal Mail. Items must be signed for on receipt.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver to a large amount of countries in the world using Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times can vary depending on the country. In addition to the estimated delivery times quoted for each item, please allow an extra 7 to 10 days in Europe and up to 2 weeks elsewhere when ordering. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer. Items must be signed for on receipt.

Mainland UK - Royal Mail tracked & signed £2.50 (Below £3.50 is £1 via royal mail NOT signed for )

Europe - £9.00 Royal Mail International tracked & signed

USA, Australia & New Zealand - £9.00 Royal Mail International tracked & signed

We hope that you will be delighted with the jewellery that you have purchased! In the unfortunate case that you wish to return any item, you must contact Jill Green within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, stating the reason for the return. Please feel free to discuss any possible exchanges that may be appropriate for you.
Once a return has been agreed upon, please carefully package the items(s) to avoid damage. The jewellery must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way.
Please include with the goods: your full contact details, reason for return and any agreed exchange you wish to make.
Other than where there is a fault with the item, the cost of returning it will be at your own expense. It is recommended that it is returned using either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery.
JillyGDesign cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods whilst in transit from the customer.
Refunds or exchanges will then be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, conditional upon stock availability and in agreement with Jill Green.
Any items that have been especially commissioned or made to order (ie bespoke items in a size/style/stone that is not normally made, engraved items) are NON- RETURNABLE.
